We understand each other, without having to use words, we already know everything about each other. The strong bond between my sister and me constitutes the basis for this series Walk with us… Throughout the story, I’m using photographs from the archives, extracts from diaries, still lives and landscapes as moments of inner calmness. This series is interwoven with the infinite Polaroid series that evolve from the past through the present towards the future.

We begrijpen elkaar, zonder woorden te gebruiken, we weten alles over elkaar. De sterke band tussen mijn zus en mij vormt de basis voor deze serie Walk with us... Doorheen het verhaal gebruik ik foto's uit de archieven, dagboekfragmenten, stillevens en landschappen als momenten van innerlijke rust. Deze serie is verweven met de oneindige Polaroid-serie die evolueert van het verleden doorheen het heden naar de toekomst.
